About me
My life has always revolved around horses. I started riding ponies at a young age, competing in both showjumping and dressage before focusing fully on dressage. As a teenager, I was part of the Danish Young Breeder Team, competing internationally under WBFSH.
Growing up in a family breeding dressage horses, I was deeply involved in training, grooming, and showing – experiences that shaped my passion for the sport. I have always loved the feeling of entering the ring, but just as much the sense of community and supporting others along the way.
In 2011, I moved to Aarhus to study and decided to take a break from horses. That didn’t last long. In 2012, I bought my first two miniature horses – and quickly realized I was completely hooked.
What started as a small interest soon became a true passion. I became increasingly involved in driving, showing, and learning about bloodlines. It didn’t take long before I discovered AMHA, and with my first AMHA gelding, Hubert, everything truly began. He was not only a wonderful horse, but also the start of something much bigger.
Over the following years, I had the opportunity to travel across Europe, compete internationally, and learn from experienced breeders. In 2015, I won my first European Championship title – a milestone that strengthened my dedication to the sport.
Although driving has always been my main passion, breeding has gradually become an important part of my journey. I am especially motivated by the dream of one day winning with a horse I have bred myself.
In 2014, I moved back to Funen, where my horses were based at Katusa Miniaturehorses for more than six years. During that time, I not only developed as a horsewoman but also formed invaluable friendships and memories.
Some dreams are too big to carry alone - that's why we have horses...

In 2020, a new chapter began as I found my own farm in the heart of Funen. Bringing the horses home has been a dream come true and allows me to be part of their everyday life in a completely new way.
Today, I feel grateful for the journey so far and excited for what lies ahead. With more time to train, develop, and enjoy the horses, my focus is on continuing to grow – both in the show ring and in breeding.
Since 2020, my focus has gradually shifted from driving to building a herd of exceptional halter horses. While I still enjoy every aspect of the breed, there is something truly special about watching a class filled with beautiful miniature horses, and my goal has become to present horses that can compete at the highest level in Europe.
With that vision in mind, I have carefully selected bloodlines that can take my breeding program in the right direction. No horse has influenced that journey more than Royal Supreme H Ice Princess.
Ice Princess has turned many of my dreams into reality. She is an extraordinary mare who has not only achieved remarkable success in the show ring but has also taught me so much about presenting and developing a top-quality halter horse.
In 2023, she spent time in training with Guy Verhulst, creating unforgettable experiences and introducing me to wonderful people and friendships across Europe. Those opportunities have been invaluable, both personally and as a breeder.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have a mare like Ice Princess in my stable. She has opened many doors, inspired new goals, and strengthened my passion for the breed. I look forward to seeing what the future holds—not only for her, but for the next generation of horses at JP Miniatures.
